Equine Therapy & Coaching
Equine therapy & coaching is where we explore the unique bond between humans and horses to foster healing, growth, and personal development. Our sessions combine the gentle nature of horses with therapeutic techniques and riding to support individuals of all ages facing emotional, physical, or cognitive challenges. No horsemanship or riding experience is required; come as you are and we will teach you the rest!
Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, building confidence, enhancing communication skills, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself in a peaceful environment, our equine sessions offer a transformative experience with each session tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

Academic Tutoring and Executive Functioning Support

Private Health and Wellness Coaching
Our Health and Wellness Program is designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being—so you don’t have to Google "how to be healthy" at 2 AM. We aim to boost fitness, promote healthy eating, enhance mental health, and encourage preventive care—because prevention beats surprise medical bills.
Our program includes fun virtual fitness classes like yoga and pilates (yes, yoga counts), personalized nutrition input, and a focus on neurodivergent mental health and creating new healthy and functional habits. Enjoy stress reduction workshops, mindfulness sessions, and access to expert support. Plus, join peer support groups and community events to strengthen social connections—no awkward icebreakers required.

How are Therapy and Coaching different?
The major difference between Therapy and Coaching is the focus of the work: therapy is a long-term therapeutic relationship that focuses on mental health diagnosis and emotional healing from past traumas, while Coaching is a shorter partnership that concentrates on the here and now to identify problem behaviors, strengths, and barriers and actively helps you learn to understand, proactively support yourself, and set and achieve goals.
Coaching gives clients a greater capacity to produce results and greater confidence in their abilities. It fosters independence in the client's ability to rely on themself. Coaching is for the person who wants to move toward higher functioning. It supports the client in achieving excellence while creating an extraordinary life, improving their learning and performance, and enhancing their quality of life. While engaging in the coaching process, the client WILL work. The coach directs and guides that work to support the client in producing maximum results and success. The goal of that work is specifically what the client has determined s/he wants to have created in their life.
First and foremost, Coaching does not focus on regression to release past blocks. It is a helping relationship in which the coach listens and guides the client, and the client uses that guidance to improve their lives. I will use my psychotherapy training and practical style to help you improve and find purpose in your overall lifestyle. I will meet you where you are and collaborate with you to help you define, clarify, and realize your goals. My purpose is to help you close the gap between where you are right now and where you want to be in the future.
